
Join us for a private shucking class in the seaside tasting lounge. Learn how to shuck oysters harvested directly from our farm.
Captain Joe will guide you through this age-old skill and teach you all about Maine's thriving oyster farming culture as you lookout over Carrying Place Island.
After the oysters, we will steam up some locally caught lobsters out on the dock.
What to Expect
All classes are private, and prices are:
$125 per person for groups of 2
$115 per person for groups of 3-6
Choose from an available date and time below. Please note that our Shuck & Roll classes are held November 1st though April 30th. If you are looking for a tasting in the summer check out our oyster farm tours and golden hour cruises where we will shuck and slurp oysters by boat on Casco Bay.







We will meet 5 mins before your start time in the parking lot beside our facility called 'The Store' (see picture), located on your right hand side as you drive down the hill on Wallace Circle.
If you get lost, ask any of the locals in the area.

Restrooms
There is a restroom located inside the facility. Go down the dock stairs onto lower deck and head inside.
