Your journey begins on our panoramic rooftop with a ninety-minute, expert-guided tasting. You’ll explore the nuances of a dozen premium oysters paired with curated wines and classic accoutrements while taking in the salt air. From there, we transition to a true local staple: a fresh lobster roll sourced directly from our neighbors at Small Point Fisheries.
To top off the day, we’ll head out on a ninety-minute golden hour cruise. As the light softens over the water, we’ll give you a backstage pass to the world of aquaculture, teach you the fine art of shucking, and perhaps share a surprise or two along the way. With a strict maximum of just six guests, this is an immersive, intimate experience designed to connect you deeply with the rhythm of our working waterfront.
